Saturday Respite

The Saturday Respite program meets two to three times a month at our Broadway location (2485 Broadway Cheektowaga, NY 14227) from 9:00am to 1:30pm. The cost of the Saturday Respite Program is always just $5.00! From the Broadway building, the group goes on a variety of outings usually from 10:00am till 12:30pm when they return for lunch. Caregivers are responsible for dropping off and picking up individuals at the Broadway location. This program is also a waiver service so any individuals wishing to participate must live with family members and be enrolled in the HCBS Waiver.

 Please note: Participants must be formally enrolled in the program before attending any events.

What about lunches?

We do ask that participants bring a bag lunch unless otherwise noted on the calendar.

How do I sign up?

If you are interested in signing up for a Saturday respite event, all you need to do is call the Recreation Manager, Derrick Miranda at some point during the week leading up to the event.

When do I pay?

The cost of all events is always $5.00. Participants can give their $5.00 to staff when they arrive at the Broadway location.
