Maintenance Assistant needed to work with and oversee developmentally disabled adults who work on the in-house cleaning crew .The Maintenance Assistant will also maintain supplies/equipment, manage cleaning schedules and assist with event set up, minor repairs and general building upkeep.

Requirements:

Must have knowledge of proper maintenance and janitorial techniques and an ability to demonstrate those techniques. High School or equivalency diploma plus one year maintenance experience and/or one year experience in working with adults with developmental disabilities and valid NYS drivers license.
