Habilitation Trainer needed to work with adults with developmental disabilities in the Rehab Day Hab program. Job duties include (but are not limited to): Interacting with program participants on-site and off-site, acting as treatment team member for program participants, implementing each person’s individual program plan, and providing active treatment to program participants addressing needs in the areas of independent living, nutrition, and self-care.

Requirements:

Associate's Degree in education or human services with at least one year of experience with disabled adults, or High School degree or equivalent with three years experience, valid driver's license
